Island life in Australia

Australia is the largest island country in the world. One state, Tasmania, is a big island itself. But there are also hundreds and hundreds of small islands around the Australian coast. People live on some of them and enjoy a different lifestyle than Australians who live on the mainland.

In Island Life in Australia we get a glimpse of the lives of these Australians who live on the islands around our coast such as the remote Tiwi islands north of Darwin, Fraser island, the biggest sand island in the world, and Lord Howe Island and Montague Island both off the coast of New South Wales.
